My Morning Smoothie..

I cannot go one day without this smoothie in the morning. I literally crave it, and it is my breakfast every morning. The best things about this smoothie;

  1. It keeps me full all day long, that is because of the flax seeds.
  2. It keeps me from making bad food decisions
  3. I’m full of energy all day long
  4. Keeps my digestive system regular
  5. My skin and hair are shiny and healthy
  6. My athletic performance is so much better
  7. I don’t feel sluggish
  8. My body feels incredible
  9. I sleep a lot better at night and fall asleep quickly.

It is also easy to prep in the evening, and all I have to do is throw it all in the blender. I use one cup unless noted next to the ingredient, this makes two servings. I give one to my son every morning.

  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blackberries
  • Blueberries
  • 3 – 4 Dates
  • 4 teaspoons of whole or ground Flax Seeds
  • 2/3 cup of unsweetened Almond Milk

Blend for 2 to 3 minutes, pour and enjoy.
