Ginger & Banana Smoothie

This my go to smoothie when I am experiencing nausea, digestive problems, heart burn, and any other problems with your tummy. The fresh ginger promotes the secretion of various digestive enzymes that help neutralize stomach acid.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 banana, sliced
  2. 5 oz of vanilla yogurt
  3. 1 tbsp of honey
  4. 1 pinch of freshly grated ginger, pealed (from ginger root)
 Cook & Prep:
Combine all ingredients, and blend until smooth.
