Protein Pancakes

img_7337This is my favorite breakfast, along with my morning smoothie. These are very filling, and light. Its a mix that you can pick up at Whole Foods. I personally use Birch Benders Pancake and Waffle Mix. Just add water. It tastes fabulous and very filling, especially with maple syrup.
If you have extra mix, thats not a problem. Store it in a tupperware container, store it in the fridge, and you can use it the next day. I’ve used my mix for a couple days, which makes hectic mornings less hectic and stressful.
